Job Description : You will be an important member of our Technical team responsible for IT Service delivery at our large customer sites.
You will be individually responsible for executing Project / Implementation / Delivery & Sustenance activities.
You will be measured on Key Results areas like Customer satisfaction, call closure norms like Response time / Resolution time etc on LAN,WAN ,Cisco workgroup ,core sw itches, routers ,VPN & MUX.
You will be expected to provide Technical assistance to other team members by way of assisting them in solving challenging technical problems, sharing your technical knowledge and adhering to quality processes in ensuring team objectives are met..

Desired Profile : Any Regular Degree / Diploma with 50% marks. (No B.E/B.tech/MCA/M.Tech)

Should be a Regular Graduate / Polytechnic Diploma
Should have CCNA or Nortel certification and is mandatory.
Should have exposure on LAN and WAN VPN and MUX, Cisco Devices like Core switches, core routers.
Should have experience in providing technical support to large and critical IT systems.
Good analytical and problem solving skills are required.
Ability to successfully handle multiple tasks while under pressure Good Team working capabilities.
