MBA SALES - MANAGER JOBS @ GOOGLE GURGAON

In this role, you will be serving as a chief of staff to the Managing Director - Sales and Operations, ensuring smooth and efficient operation of the organization on his behalf.

Job Title: Sales Operations Manager

Location: Gurgaon

Responsibilities:
Smooth and efficient execution of the India Management team agenda and activities.
Smooth and efficient operation of the India Sales Management team agenda and activities.
Smooth and efficient operation of the Sales and Business Development functions agenda and activities.
Tracking of relationships with key India accounts across advertising and enterprise products as well as other types of partnerships.
Maintenance and tracking of operation metrics for the various functional operations.
Effective management of internal communication.
Develop executive presentations and external messaging.
Serving as the liaison to other functions in country and corporate offices outside the country.
Project managing special initiatives such as collaboration with local community organizations.
Project management of other special projects as they arise out of the Managing Director’s office.

Requirements:
MS degree or higher. MBA preferred.
5-8 years of project management experience.
Track record of being able to manage concurrent complex executive projects.
Strong organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. An ability to clearly and succinctly articulate the heart of an issue in oral or written form.
Must be comfortable dealing with people at all organizational levels.
A willingness and ability to take responsibility for things and lead.
An adaptable interpersonal style that allows you to successfully interact with different types of strong personalities.
Past management experience is desirable but not required.
