Designation : Project Manager - JAVA

Experience : 10 - 13 Years

Job Description : Strong experience in Java, SQL server, in Jboss, JMS is preferable.
Also should have experience in server-side programming doing Objected-oriented design
Exposure to Six Sigma, CMM would be a plus.
Telecom domain Exposure will be a plus.
Should be able to apply technical expertise to deliver business solutions.
Interfacing with customer (internal/external) in requirements analysis, project scoping etc
Effort estimation, scheduling, resource allocation, skill gap analysis, fulfilling training needs
Scheduling and tracking using tTrack toll
Generate and analyze metrics and submit weekly status reports
Ensure team follows good engineering discipline

Desired Profile : Overall 10+ years of experience in designing/developing systems
Candidates should have managed multiple streams of separate project
Manage the project both in terms of people as well as technology.
Experience in complete Project lifecycle
Ability to assess risks proactively and perform effective issue and risk management
Well proficient in Quality Process and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) concepts
Should have worked on Product Development and Maintenance Projects
Position involves leading technical teams and designers
Previous Experience in Mobile Payments and MMS
