Eligibility: Graduate in any discipline with 4 - 6 years of overall experience, preferably in business processing operations

At least 1 year as a Team Leader / Assistant Manager.

Skill Set:

Excellent communication skills

Good analytical skills

Leadership skills

Experience in voice / non-voice customer service in a Financial / Insurance / Banking domain (Preferably banking domain).

Position will involve night shifts and are based in Hyderabad.
