Oracle Database DBA activities:
Good Knowledge in Architecture of Oracle 8i and above
Knowledge of SQL
Knowledge of Oracle Database 10g Installation, Configuration including RAC.
Managing Medium/Large Database environments (Single Large DB or Multiple Instances)
Experience in Migrating to 10G Version
Database Tuning and monitoring
Hands on Troubleshooting Installation/ Configuration/ Performance related Problems
Knowledge on RMAN, Backup and Recovery etc
Change Management in Database Environment
Additional Skills:
Skills Unix and Windows operating system tuning
Shell Scripting
Conversent in PL/SQL
Job Location: Bangalore
Experience: 3+ to 8yrs
Schedule: Saturday & Sunday 19th & 20th Jan, 2008 from 9:30am – 3:00pm
