Need to be a graduate with minimum 6months experience in Call Centre.
~ Excellent written and oral communication skills.
~ Should be able to converse and understand in US, UK & Aus Accent
~ Basic understanding of the E2E Business Process
~ Basic knowledge of the systems and procedures
~ Basic communication etiquettes
~ Speaking fluently in neutral accent
~ Ability to handle fluctuating work loads
~ Flexible working in shift
