Responsibilites:
Source profiles for the requirement form different job portals and through head hunting.
Call the candidates
Judge the candidate in his communication skills and confident level
know about their availability, Expected CTC, Negotiate the Salary etc.
Forward the profile to BDM
If the profile is shortlisted
Schedule interview with the client
